Track your Relax FC order by entering your Order ID and Billing Email below. Your Order ID is shared in your order confirmation email after checkout.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Shipping Information

Relax FC offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Every order is carefully packed to help ensure your products arrive safely and in good condition.

We offer Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000.

For orders below Rs. 5,000, standard delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Please make sure your name, phone number, email, and delivery address are correct at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay your order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations across Pakistan.

Please keep the payable amount ready at the time of delivery. If a Cash on Delivery order is refused without a valid reason, Relax FC may limit future COD orders for that customer.

Tracking Orders

When your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or courier notification, depending on the courier service.

You can also track your order using the order tracking form on this page by entering your Order ID and Billing Email.

Delayed Orders

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, or remote delivery locations.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our support team with your Order ID.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, opened, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please share clear photos or videos of the parcel, product, and invoice so our team can review the issue properly.

Important Notes

Delivery charges are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.

Relax FC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address, unavailable customer, or courier-related issues.

Products purchased from retail stores or supermarkets should be handled according to that store’s own policy.
